Student reporting of sexual assault remains low
Among ISU respondents in a national student survey on sexual assault and misconduct, 16.5% of ISU female victims and virtually no male victims contacted a university or community resource about their experience. Inversely, more than 75% of students perceived it was very or extremely likely the university would take a report of sexual assault or misconduct seriously.
