Thirty-day window is the focus in P-card policy updates
Procurement services, supported by finance service delivery, implemented new procedures July 1 for employees using university-issued procurement and travel/hospitality cards. The changes are intended to help cardholders complete transactions in Workday within 30 days as required in their cardholder agreement -- and avoid having their card suspended.
