The Indian Delights food truck will resume service next week at its location south of Hoover Hall, restoring to eight the number of private vendor food trucks serving this fall at Iowa State. They are:
- West campus: Eat It, Indian Delights
- Carver Hall plaza: Cheese Steak Factory, Macubana
- East campus (near Kildee Hall): B Fabulous BBQ, Burgies, Carlos' Quesadillas, Finley's Beastro
